This great little gadget is ideal for the traveller who is concerned about the quality of water whilst theyre away. The travel water checker is small enough to fit in your pocket, yet might just save you from uncomfortable illness caused by consuming unsafe water. To operate, simply pour a small amount of water in to the cavity in the top left hand corner and press the test button. The water checker will analyse the water and give you a reading in less than 10 seconds! The reading is indicated as a measure of Total Dissolved Solid in parts per million and the tester has a range of 0-999ppm. As well as the numerical reading, the tester also provides a visual representation of the water quality through one of five facial expressions. The tester is supplied complete with 2 x AAA batteries that are sealed within the unit, and these are designed to last for the entire lifetime of the product.
